OLEVZA is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

Your order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or begin processing the order, as applicable.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@olevza.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation or modification after an order has entered processing or has shipped.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue any refund due to the original payment method.
Returns and refunds are subject to our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.
You represent that purchases made through the Services are for lawful purposes.

OLEVZA may offer free standard shipping on eligible orders and destinations, as described in our Shipping Policy and displayed at checkout.

OLEVZA is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
However, sales and purchases made through our Store are made directly between you and OLEVZA.
Shopify provides technology and infrastructure supporting the Store but is not the seller of OLEVZA products and is not responsible for OLEVZA's fulfillment of your order, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law or expressly provided by Shopify.
